BIOGRAPHY Dr. Junyao Yang is an Assistant Professor of Business Analytics in the College of Business at Governors State University. His teaching and research focus on data analytics, operations research, optimization, and artificial intelligence applications in business. He has published and presented on topics such as portfolio risk–return management, supply chain analytics, and evidence-based instruction using AI. At GSU, Dr. Yang teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in business analytics and data visualization, emphasizing hands-on learning with real-world data. Beyond research and teaching, he is passionate about integrating advanced analytics and optimization techniques to solve practical business challenges.
