BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Stephen Wagner is Division Chair for Management, Marketing and Entrepreneurship and a Professor of Management. He earned his Ph.D. from Northern Illinois University. His research focuses on work-related attitudes, employee ownership, and meta-analytic examination of theories and central hypotheses of management science. He teaches courses in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. He has published in many top peer-reviewed, management journals, including: Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Group & Organizational Management, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Journal of Business & Psychology.
